Duke Glaucoma Specialist

The Duke Eye Center is accepting applications for a highly qualified, full-time glaucoma specialist at its new, expanded facility in Winston Salem, NC. Candidates must have successfully completed a fully accredited ophthalmology residency training program and an accredited fellowship in glaucoma. Board certification (current or within the first year of hire) is required. Interest in pediatric glaucoma work a plus but not required.

A team-oriented attitude and excellent clinical skills are required, and teaching acumen is desirable. This position will be primarily glaucoma, but duties will also include some comprehensive care and emergency room coverage. Salary will be commensurate with experience and credentials. Position can include a paid Duke University faculty appointment with appropriate level of academic effort.
